Cookies

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our site or access our services.

A "cookie" is a small unit of information that a website assigns to your device while you are visiting the site. Cookies are very useful and can be used for a variety of purposes. These include enabling you to navigate between pages efficiently, enabling automatic activation of certain features, remembering your preferences and making the interaction between you and our Services faster and easier. Cookies are also used to help ensure that the advertisements you see are relevant to you and your interests, and to collect statistical data about the use of our Services.

The Site uses the following types of cookies:

a. "session cookies", which are stored only temporarily during a browsing session to enable normal use of the system and are deleted from your device when you close your browser.

b. "persistent cookies", which are only read by the site, are stored on your computer for a fixed period of time and are not deleted when you close your browser. These cookies are used when it is necessary to know your identity in case of frequent visits, for example, to allow us to store your preferences for the next login.

c. "third party cookies", which are set by other online services that run content on the page you are visiting, for example, by third party analytics companies that monitor and examine access to the website.

Cookies do not contain any information that identifies you personally, but the personal information we store about you may be linked, by us, to information stored in and obtained from cookies. You can delete cookies by following the instructions in your device preferences. However, if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our Site may not function properly and your online experience may be limited.

We use a tool based on Snowplow Analytics technology to collect information about Site usage. This tool collects information, such as how often users access the Site, which pages they visit, etc. It does not collect any personal information and is only used by the Site hosting and usage service provider to improve the Site and services.

Use of the command libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to present content correctly and visually appealing in all browsers, we use script and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to the browser cache to prevent multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, the content will be displayed with a default font.

Calling script or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible that the relevant library operators collect data, although, in that case, it is not clear for what purpose.

The privacy policy of the Google library operator is available here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Collection of information from third parties

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information that we collect from you. In connection with the disclosure of information you provide to other parties or sites via the Internet, various regulations may apply to such disclosure or use of information. Accordingly, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each party to whom you choose to disclose information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies not owned or controlled by us, nor does it apply to anyone not employed by or under our direction, including any third parties who may disclose information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

How do we protect your information?

Although we take reasonable steps to secure information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of anyone who gains unauthorised access to or misuses our Site, and we make no warranties, express, implied or otherwise, that such access will be prevented.

Transfer of data outside the EEA

Please note that some recipients of data may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we will provide your data only to those countries whose level of data protection has been approved by the European Commission, or we will put in place an agreement to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Advertising

We may use third-party advertising technology for the purpose of displaying advertisements when you access the Site. This technology uses your information in relation to your use of the Services in order to serve ads to you (for example, by including third party cookies in your web browser).

You may opt-out of inclusion in numerous third-party ad networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"). For more information about this practice of NAI and DAA members, as well as your choices regarding the use of your information by these companies, including how to opt-out of inclusion in third-party ad networks operated by NAI and DAA members, please visit their respective websites: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ and http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/.

Marketing

We or our third party sub-contractors may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc., in order to provide you with promotional material relating to our services that we think may be of interest to you.

Out of respect for your right to privacy, we also provide you with the means to opt-out of receiving marketing offers from us along with such material. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your e-mail address or telephone number from our marketing mailing lists.

Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving commercial e-mails from us, we may still send you other important e-mail communications without offering you the option to opt-out of receiving them. These communications may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.

Corporate Transaction

We may share information in the event of a corporate transaction (such as the sale of a substantial part of our business, a merger or an asset sale). In such a case, the acquiring or transferee company will assume the rights and obligations described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from minors. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, they should contact us.

We reserve the right to modify or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective at the time the revised or changed Privacy Policy is displayed. The latest revision will be reflected in the "Last Modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of such modifications on our website constitutes your acknowledgement and consent to such modifications to the Privacy Policy and your acceptance of the terms of such modifications.
